The target group of my coaching is managers from middle and upper management. The reasons for choosing coaching are varied. Goals can be, for example, the following:

- Orientation and onboarding to the next career level

- Understanding “unwritten rules” and “hidden agendas” in the company.

In coaching we work on how you can achieve your goals as effectively as possible. The topics are usually more complex and do not involve simple solutions and answers. We work out what part your environment (in the company, stakeholders, etc.), what part the dynamics (e.g. due to different interests) and what part your personality (patterns, beliefs, experiences) have in the situation. We find levers of change that fit perfectly. Of course, I will also accompany you in the implementation.
