Hogan Assessments
I work with the scientifically based Hogan test procedure (online implementation). This measures three perspectives of personality in a professional context:
- Potentials
- Behavior in stressful situations
- Values
The results accurately predict career fit. In a subsequent reflection discussion, you will gain clarity about your impact and reputation as a manager, your behavior patterns in stressful, pressure and trigger situations, and the correspondence of your personal value system with the company values.
As a certified Hogan Assessment Coach, I also use this process for team building and developing “successful teams”.
