Supervision – Professional support for more clarity and development
As a certified supervisor, I offer the opportunity to reflect on professional practice together as part of supervision. For example, analyzing professional challenges, improving communication processes and gaining new perspectives. Supervision creates clarity, relieves pressure, strengthens professional identity and promotes sustainable solutions. My offer includes individual supervision, team supervision and case supervision.
For coaches: Supervision is becoming increasingly important for the ICF (International Coach Federation). As part of re-certifications, 10 hours of supervision are now recognized as relevant to further training.
Mentoring
As part of an ICF certification (ACC, PCC, MCC), participation in 10 mentor hours is mandatory. As a mentor, I reflect with my mentees on their coaching skills based on the ICF core competencies framework using audio recordings of recorded coaching sessions. The goal at the end of the mentoring is for the mentees to have developed their coaching skills to such an extent that they achieve the desired certification and are one step further in their professionalization.
As an ICF MCC, I am authorized to offer mentoring for all three certification levels.
I also offer mentoring for recertifications.
