Conflict issues are on the rise in coaching. Psychologist and coach Karen Neumann knows why this is and what is important in coaching if managers strive to deal with conflicts constructively. An important aspect: Clients should be prepared to deal with their own patterns that fuel conflict. In addition, the board member of the Germany chapter of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) supports people in crises – both in coaching and as part of a supervision program for Ukrainian coaches affected by the war.
