Sparring partner and source of inspiration
Since 2006, I have been supporting individuals and organizations through periods of change. As a Master Certified Coach (MCC), I am certified at the highest level by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Twelve years’ experience in the Human Resources Department of a major German bank and an American high-tech company give me a deep understanding of the corporate world in which my clients are active.
As a graduate psychologist (Marburg University and Frankfurt am Main University), I have learned to understand the person as a complex entity. This enables me to see my clients in a well-founded and qualified way, with all their facets and potential, and to initiate change with them.
In 2023/24, I was a member of the board at the ICF, responsible for the area of coaching in organizations.
